Real Estate developer Madison Marquette enlisted Distill to craft a brand and retail experience for this adaptive reuse development in Los Angeles’s Fairfax district. Our strategy incorporated retail innovation tempered with LA flavor. Six months since our engagment began, tenants and artists are flocking to District La Brea and they are carving out a unique niche on the LA scene. The property has leased a number of spaces and artists like Shepard Fairey, Neck Face and Aaron De La Cruz have contributed pieces to the property. La Brea is setting the foundation for meaningful growth in the neighborhood.
